MATERIALS:
Hook: Size H
Red Heart Super Saver Yarn
Stitches used: ch, sl st, sc, dc.
Difficulty: MEDIUM
Square measures 6 inches.
Row 1: With White, ch 5, sc in 5th ch from hook. (Ch 5, sc in same sp) 4 times more. Join with sl st.
Row 2: (2sc, ch2, 2sc) in each ch-5 sp around. Join with sl st in 1st made. - star made -
Fasten off white.
Row 3: Join blue with sc in any ch-3 sp on Rnd 2. (ch6, sc in next ch3 sp) around. Join with sl st.
Row 4: Sl st in next ch-6 sp. Ch 3, 7 dc in same sp. 8 dc in ea rem ch-6 sp. Join with sl st in top of beg ch-3. (40dc)
Fasten off blue.
Row 5: Join red with a sl st between any 2 dc on Rnd 4. Ch 3. (2dc, ch2, 3dc) in same sp.
Sk next 3 dc. Sc in next 4 dc. Sk next 3 dc. * (3dc, ch2, 3dc) in the space to the left of the last dc skipped. Sk next 3 dc, sc in next 4dc, sk in next 3dc. Repeat from * around. Join with sl st in top of beg ch3.
Fasten off red.
Rnd 6: Join white with sl st in any corner ch-2 sp. Ch 3. (2dc, ch2, 3dc) in same sp. Dc in next 10 sts.
* (3dc, ch2, 3dc) in next corner ch-2 sp. Dc in next 10 sts. Rep from * around. Join with sl st in top of beg ch3.
FASTEN OFF/WEAVE IN ENDS
