MATERIALS:
Hook Size G
Red Heart Super Saver
Safety Pin
Stitches Used: ch, sc.
Difficulty: EASY
Row 1: With Red, Ch 30, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across.
Row 2: Attach White, sc in each st.
Row 3: Attach Blue, sc in each st.
Finishing: With ribbon positioned as in the photo above, attach the safety pin through both thicknesses.
